Ingredients
- Shrimp ( Headless)
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Pepperoncino
- Grape Seed Oil
- Kimchi Hot Sauce
Directions
- Remove the entrails of shrimp.
- Slice garlic into 0.5cm thick slices and chop parsley.
- Put the grape seed oil on the preheated pan and stir-fry garlic until golden. (Garlic oil)
- Add pepperoncino and shrimp and stir-fry them over high heat.
- Put Kimchi sauce and stir-fry them over high heat.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley to finish.
