Korean Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- 300g Salmon
- 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 Onion, sliced
- 10 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp Gochujang with Lemon, Korean Chili Sauce, Gluten-Free
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and gently toss until Sempio Gochujang with Lemon evenly coats all the ingredients.
TIP: Squeeze some lime juice on top right before serving for more citrus. Top with chopped chives and cilantro for more flavor.
