Stir-fried Mini Cabbage with Kimchi Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 12ea Mini Cabbage
- 30g Shallot
- 1/8 Red Cabbage
- 30g Bacon
- 10g Grape Seed Oil
- 100g Kimchi Hot Sauce
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Directions
- Cut bacon into 1cm pieces.
- Cut Charlotte into 4 pieces and cut red cabbage into bite-sized pieces. (Same size as mini cabbage).
- Cut the minced cabbage in half.
- Put the grape seed oil on the pan, stir-fry bacon and shallot, then add red cabbage and mini cabbage. Sprinkle with salt pepper, then cook until golden.
- Add kimchi sauce and stir-fry them until the vegetable is golden.
- Put it on a plate to finish.
