Sautéed GochuJang Shrimp

Sautéed Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 20 ea Shrimp
  • 1/2 ea Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 ea Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 ea Onion
  • 1/2 ea Scallion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  1. Rinse and devein the shrimp, removing the heads and tails.
  2. Cut onion and bell peppers into bite-size pieces and finely chop scallions.
  3. Cover the shrimp with the sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté vegetables.
  5. Add the marinated shrimp and cook until ready

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine GochuJang, sugar, olive oil (3Tbsp), garlic, and scallion; mix well.
