Grilled Pork with Soy Sauce & Vegetables

Grilled pork with soy sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Yondu
- 2 ring Pineapple (canned)
- 1/4 ea Lemon
- 1-2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 300 g Pork neck
Directions
1. Pat dry the pork with paper towel and make shallow cuts.
2. Mix pork neck with Yondu, Vegetable Essence, and half of the prepared sauce.
3. Drizzle olive oil on a heated pan and cook the meat over medium heat.
Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce Jin S
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (canned)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Rice wine
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 5 clove Garlic
- 10 g Ginger
- 1 stalk Green onion
Directions
1. Crush garlic cloves with the side of the knife, cut green onion and ginger into four pieces, and heat them with the soy sauce in a saucepan.
2. When the sauce has reduced to almost half, remove the saucepan from the heat and let sit.
Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1/3 ea Onion
- 1/4 ea Zucchini
- 1/3 ea Eggplant
- 1/4 ea Red paprika
Directions
1. Cut the onion into rings and cut the zucchini and eggplant into bite-size chunks.
2. Sauté the vegetables first, and then the pineapple rings.
3. In a small mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of the remaining sauce and the juice from a lemon.
Presentaion
Directions
1. Put pineapple, sautéed vegetable salad, and sautéed pork neck on a platter.
2. Drizzle the soy sauce over the meat to taste.
