  1. Clean little neck clams by soaking them in salt water.
  2. Cut carrot and zucchini at an angle.
  3. In a medium pot over a high heat, add water, clams, and Soup Base, Anchovy & Kelp.
  4. Once it comes to a boil, add carrot, zucchini and noodles.

Presentation

Ingredients

  • 1 clove (4g) Minced garlic
  • 1/8 ea (30g) Onion
  • 1 ea (10g) Red pepper
  • 2 g Natural Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

  1. Julienne onion and red pepper.
  2. Once the noodles are cooked, add garlic, onion, red pepper, and season with salt and pepper.
