Pollack Pancake

Ingredients

  • 200 g Pollock fillet
  • 1 ea Egg
  • small amount Flour(all-purpose flour)
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Yondu, Light

Directions

  1. Use a paper towel to remove water from the pollock fillet. Add Yondu, Light.
  2. Coat the sliced pollock fillet with flour.
  3. Beat an egg and use it to cover the fillet.
  4. Fry the fillet on a heated pan until it is cooked.
