Pollack Pancake
Ingredients
- 200 g Pollock fillet
- 1 ea Egg
- small amount Flour(all-purpose flour)
- 1 Tbsp (15g) Yondu, Light
Directions
- Use a paper towel to remove water from the pollock fillet. Add Yondu, Light.
- Coat the sliced pollock fillet with flour.
- Beat an egg and use it to cover the fillet.
- Fry the fillet on a heated pan until it is cooked.
