Steamed Rice with Mixed Vegetables

Bibimbap
Ingredients
- 1 bowl (200g) Short grain rice, cooked
- 60 g Spinach
- 50 g Ground beef
- 3 ea Shiitake mushrooms, raw
- 1 ea Egg
- 1/4 ea Zucchini
- 1/4 ea Onion
- 1/6 ea Carrot
- 2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
- 1 pinch Natural Fine Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Directions
1. Julienne shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, onion, and carrot.
2. In a medium sauté pan over medium to high heat, drizzle grape seed oil and sauté vegetables, spinach, and ground meat; season with salt and black pepper.
3. Once cooked, let cool on a plate.
4. Cook the egg sunny-side-up style.

- 1 tsp Gochujang, Korean Chili Paste
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Directions
1. Plate a bowl of rice, topped with a sunny side up egg, sautéed vegetables, sautéed meat, Gochujang, and sesame oil. Mix well.
